Yes, Build+ has an extensive network of high level executives in Japan’s tech industry and we have placed numerous country managers and C-level executives in the past.
Generally speaking, Build+ specializes in bilingual, mid-career to executive level candidates with a background and work experience in the tech industry.

Build+ offers a one-time free of charge Marketing service to create content about our client. This can be in the form of a live webinar, video interview or blog article and will be promoted to the Build+ audience on all our channels. This service can be used for a variety of goals like employer branding, new product launches, highlighting key persons in the company etc.

Build+ offers only contingency recruitment and retained recruitment. We do not offer temporary employment staffing services (haken or gyomu itaku) or similar services.
Within our contingency recruitment service we mainly work on permanent roles (seishain) although we have placed contract positions (keiyaku shain) in the past.
However, we are flexible and our clients’ needs always come first, so if you have certain other ideas or proposals, we would love to hear from you.
